Ted Bami will make the second defence of his European Light-Welterweight Championship against Young Mutley in Matchroom Sport’s next boxing show. Bami, 29, won the belt with a points victory over Italian Giuseppe Lauri in September and then successfully defended his title against the same contender in March.
The Brixton-based fighter will now meet West Bromwich’s Mutley on Friday, July 20 at the Wolverhampton Civic Hall. Both fighters have similar records of 22 victories and 11 knockouts with two defeats from their respective 24 bouts and this contest is expected to be a classic. Read the rest of this entry »
